How to order and buy your vehicle in our auto agency
system:-
Customer (Your request)
Please e-mail us about your desired car including specifications
(e.g. MAKE/MODEL/YEAR), and other informations in details,
STEP 1 (Price List and Pro Forma Invoice)
Upon receipt of your email, we send you the price list in recent
auctions for your target model by email.@ And we also send the
Pro Forma Invoice to you.
STEP 2 (Receipt of Pro Forma Invoice and payment)
Please sign the Pro Forma Invoice and send back to us by fax or
a scanned copy by email.
Please make the payment of the deposit specified below within
48hours after your receiving the Pro Forma Invoice from us.
*Payment shall be made in JPY or USD if we accept it and it shall
always be by T.T.remittance.
STEP 3 (Searching your target model)
After confirming the payment of your deposit with our bank , we
will start to look for the best vehicles for your requests.
STEP 4 (Notice of successful bid)
As soon as we have been successful in finding your vehicle, we
will let you know by email.
STEP 5 (The payment for the balance)
You are kindly requested to pay the balance within three (4) days
after our notice of the successful bid, provided that the payment
shall be made by T.T.remittacne.
STEP 6 (Shipping arrangement)
After buying your vehicle at an auto auction, we make the shipping
arrangement as soon as possible, and we send the vehicle photo
files by email.
STEP 7 (Shipping documents)
After the shipping arrangement has been completed, we send all
the documents by DHL or EMS to you.
STEP 8 (Acceptance of your vehicle)
Your vehicle will reach at your destination port within such schedule
as you plan.
Refund
the deposit or Cancellation:-
We usually ask our
customer to give us "three weeks period for finding a vehicle"
. Usually three weeks is enough for us to find the best vehicles
which meet at your requests.
If we can't find your vehicle within three weeks, you have the
option to ask us to refund your deposit to you excluding the bank
charges for the T/T or to ask us to keep finding the vehicle continuously
or to keep your deposit for another auction deal.
