A. We are a reputed trading company of the Japanese used cars and
vehicles backed up by one of the largest insurance companies in Japan
and a Nissan Car dealer. Because they are our shareholder, we have

Q.How to purchase a
vehicle from us?
A. Let our expert team assist you to import a vehicle direct from
Japan and save $. We have a list of vehicles mainly for commercial
uses. Please note that your request for a particular car or vehicle
would be always most welcome. As soon as we have agreed on the terms
and conditions for the selling the car or vehicle, we will send
you an invoice upon which you are kindly requested to pay the price
by Telegraphic Transfer (T.T) remittance.
A. Cost of invoices includes freight but insurance
can be arranged at an extra cost. Other costs such as import duty
are at the buyer's costs. Please consult your local Shipping Agents
and Customs for further details. |
Q.Can I see
digital images of the cars?
A. You should be able to see the image of the vehicle in our website
under stock list page or we will send
you photos and specification of the vehicle if you inquire by email
or by Inquiry Form in the website. |
Q.What is FOB price?
A. FOB is abbreviation of "Free on
Board”. It does not include Freight, Insurance and Inspection charges.
FOB price applies for all cars exported from Japan unless you come
to our yard to take a car by yourself. FOB price includes export arrangements
in Japan, delivery of car from yards to port and loading onto the
ship. |
Q.Does
the price of the vehicle include Ocean Freight charges?
A. No, the price of the vehicles does not include the ocean freight
charges because the ocean freight depends on the dimensions of the
vehicle and the port of destination. Prices appearing in our website
are all free on board (FOB). FOB term does not include ocean freight
to the port of destination. Please contact via email or by filling
the inquiry form in our website if you want C.I.F or C&F quotations. |

Q.What
is the payment method?
A. Payment should be remitted by Telegraphic Transfer (T.T) direct
to our account designated by our website. Your local Bankers will
assist you in the process.
You are kindly requested to
settle the payment as soon as possible, otherwise you will miss
the car or vehicle you would like to purchase. Please not that our
cars and vehicles are targeted by other customers in most cases. |
Q.Do you accept payment
through Check , Credit Card or Letter of Credit (LC)?
A. No. We do not accept this method of payment. Bank transfer (TT)
is the only accepted payment method. |

Q.How to buy vehicle not
listed in your website?
A. If you want to buy a vehicle which is not listed in our site then
you can email us at: info@trd-one.com
or go to our inquiry form page and fill
up the form with your requirement. We can arrange any type of cars
and vehicles through our wide rang of network upon Buyer’s request. |

Q.How is shipping arranged?
A. Upon confirmation of payment, we will arrange booking of your vehicle
for shipping on the next available ship. All shipping documents are
sent by courier to you after the ship sails. This is to ensure your
documents will arrive before the ship arrives at your designated port.

Q.How much is shipping
charge for the Vehicle I want to Purchase?
A. Shipping charges are subject to change from
time to time mainly based on the cost of oil. This is why we would
rather provide a precise shipping charge for you than using Freight
Calculator of any kind which often gives you an amount far from
the latest and actual shipping charge. |
Q.What documents I will
receive?
A.
We will send following documents :
01. Bill of Lading (B/L)
02. Invoice
03. De-registration certificate (Japanese & English translated
copy)
You will receive these documents Via Express Mail, DHL or TNT. |
Q.How long will it take to reach
my purchased Vehicle?
A. It may take about 3 to 5 weeks after car leaves Japanese port depending
on the destination. we use best shipping company for desitnation port
as per services. We have tie-up with different shipping companies
for different destination ports. |
Q.How do I clear my vehicle
from the ship?
A. Upon receipt of shipping documents please contact your local Shipping
Agents who will instruct you on further procedures. |

Q.Can I get the Invitation
Letter for visa purposes?
A. We send invitation letters only to the customers that have had
substantial purchase record with us for the last six months. If
you have no previous purchase history with our company, we CANNOT
send you an invitation letter unless you place in advance US$ 10.000
deposit which will be used for buying cars in future.
NB. Please note that
we will never send the invitation letter, UNLESS the above-mentioned
requirements are completely fulfilled. |
